When your school joins Aschool, the platform owner (superadmin) creates your school’s account and subscription. From that point on, everything you do — every student, teacher, fee record, and report — lives in your school’s own isolated space. Other schools on the platform never see your data, and you never see theirs.
2. Set up your school profile and academic structure
Your admin logs in and configures the basics: school name, logo, academic sessions, classes and sections, and subjects. This structure becomes the backbone that every other module — attendance, exams, fees — builds on top of.
3. Bring in your people
Add your teaching and non-teaching staff, assign roles and permissions, then enroll your students into classes. Each student and staff record carries the details you’ll need later for attendance, results, and payroll.
4. Configure fees, then let the system take over
Define your fee structure per class, and Aschool generates vouchers automatically each billing cycle — no manual re-entry every month.
